Extraordinary Assembly of Special Olympics North Macedonia on October 16

On Thursday, October 16, 2025, starting at 18:00, in the Conference Hall at the Sports Center “Boris Trajkovski”, an Extraordinary Assembly of the Association Special Olympics – Macedonia, Skopje will be held.

PROPOSED AGENDA / PROCEDURAL:

• Election of working bodies (Verification commission consisting of three members, Working presidency of three members, Secretary, and two certifiers of the minutes).

PROPOSED AGENDA / WORKING:

• Adoption of the external (independent) financial report for 2024, presentation of the annual report, the final account, as well as the work plan and financial plan for 2025;

• Election of new members of the Management and Supervisory Board;

• Decision on the admission of sports clubs;

• Amendments and harmonization of the Statute of the SOM;

• Decision on the election of an honorary president of the SOM;

• Decision on the resignation of members;

• Miscellaneous.

All members of the Association are invited to attend the Extraordinary Assembly.
